To register as a supplier on e-Katalog version 6, Indonesia's electronic catalogue for government purchasing run by the procurement agency LKPP, you now use a single INAPROC account at katalog.inaproc.id. There are three stages: create the account, verify your identity (including a face selfie), then register your business using its NIB, the business ID number issued through the OSS system. With documents ready, expect roughly 4–6 working days in total: up to 24 hours for profile verification and 3–5 working days for business verification. We checked the procedure below on 22 September 2026 against the registration guides published by regional LPSE procurement offices on the LKPP-run portal spse.inaproc.id (the March and November 2025 versions). Government systems change without much announcement, so compare each step with what your screen shows when you register.

Get These Ready Before You Open the Site

Registrations rarely stall because of the system itself. Usually one document is missing at the moment the form is already open. Put all of this in one folder:

• The ID card (KTP) of the person who will register, and a phone with an active WhatsApp number. OTP codes arrive over WhatsApp.
• Your NIB from OSS, with the registrant's national ID number (NIK) recorded on it. Only someone whose NIK appears on the NIB can run the NIB check.
• The company's tax ID (NPWP) as a file.
• A statement of whether the business is a VAT-registered taxable entrepreneur (PKP) or not (Non-PKP).
• A work letter or letter of assignment for the registrant. A template is provided inside the system.
• A working business email address that nobody else shares.

Stage 1: Create an INAPROC Account

1. Open katalog.inaproc.id and click the register button in the top-right corner.
2. Enter a username and email, then accept the terms, conditions and privacy policy.
3. Open the verification email, set a password that meets the rules, and log in with the new account.

This part is quick, about ten minutes. One small tip: if the verification email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check the spam folder before registering again with a different address.

Stage 2: Verify Your Profile and Face

In our experience, this is the stage people most often have to repeat.

1. Log in and enter your phone number. A six-digit OTP from LKPP arrives on WhatsApp.
2. Choose the Penyedia (supplier) profile type, then enter your NIK, full name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the KTP.
3. Complete verification with Privy using an OTP and accept the electronic certificate agreement. Privy is a licensed electronic certificate provider; this certificate is what you'll later use for digital signatures.
4. Take a face selfie, then a selfie holding your KTP.
5. Upload the supporting documents, then confirm your date of birth, email and phone number.

Profile verification takes up to 24 hours. When it's rejected, the cause is usually trivial: the name on the form differs by one letter from the KTP, an academic title got typed in, or the photo is blurry because the room was dark. Take the selfie near a window in daylight, and type your name without titles.

Stage 3: Register Access for Your Business

Once your profile is verified, a create-access button appears in your account. This is where your business gets linked to the personal account you just set up.

1. Click create access, choose supplier management, enter the NIB and run the check.
2. Review the business data pulled automatically from OSS. If anything is wrong, fix it in OSS first, because INAPROC only copies that data.
3. Upload the NIB, the PKP or Non-PKP statement, the work letter or letter of assignment, and the NPWP.
4. Enter the business address and pin its location on the map.
5. Wait 3–5 working days for the verification email, accept the supplier management terms, and enter the dashboard.

Once Access Is Active, Nothing Sells Automatically

Being registered only opens the door.
